Lindsay has built a stellar reputation as a hairstylist with over 14 years of experience in the salon industry. For the past 12 years, she's been working behind the chair and perfecting her craft. On the other hand, Caitlin has experience in accounting, economics, business administration, marketing, and public relations. Together, they make a dynamic team passionate about providing their clients with the best possible experience. The Powder Room -Blow Dry Bar is more than just a Blow Dry Bar Salon; it's a place where women can come to relax, rejuvenate, and feel their best.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, the following cancellation and no-show policy applies:
Cancellations Within 48 Hours
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the estimated service total.
No-Shows
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the estimated service total.
If we have not heard from you, and give you call after your appointment time has already started, and you do not answer or show up this is considered a No-Show
Card on File
A valid card on file is required to book an appointment. Applicable cancellation and no-show fees will be automatically charged to the card on file.
If we are unable to process the applicable fee, the outstanding balance must be paid before another appointment can be booked. Future appointments may also require prepayment.
