How Do I Cancel?We require a written email with 30 days in advance to thepowderroomblowdry@outlook.com from the date of your next billing cycle for cancellations. Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 12 hours before it is scheduled to occur, you will be subject to a penalty of 50% of your estimated total. Please provide a cancellation notice at least 12 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Please note that if you no show to your appointment you will be charged the full estimated price for your booking.

What is a Blowout Bar?Our Blow dry Bar focuses on creating the perfect hair blowouts, complete with a menu of different styles, up-do’s, and braids. We also offer make up services.

What is a Dry Style?We know that you're busy, so we skip the shampoo and blowout to save time. Make sure you come in with clean and washed hair and our stylists will help create the perfect blow out for you.

Do you accept walk-ins?Yes, although we recommend you book in advance to avoid any waiting.

Do you offer on-site services?No. We do not travel out of our salon.

Do you offer blowouts for kids/teens?Yes, we do. We service both kids and teens.

How soon do I need to book?We recommend contacting our team at least two months before your wedding will allow you the opportunity to book a consultation and hair trial session with us. Visit our wedding page to see our packages and request to talk to a wedding hair + makeup consultant.

Can I bring more bridesmaids?At our luxury salon, we offer services for more than one person. If you are looking to take care of your and the wedding guests' hair + makeup The Powdered Room Blow Dry Bar is the perfect place.

Can we do additional trials for my wedding hair?Yes, all our wedding packages include wedding trials but we also offer additional sessions for a fee. Sessions can be book independently from packages.

Do you require a deposit?Yes, all our packages require a deposit. The deposit is based on the package of your choice and additional guests.

Is there a minimum number of guests?Yes, all parties have a minimum of 5 children.

Will i have access to party area prior to party?Parents will have access to the reserved party space 30 minutes prior to the party’s scheduled start time. Guest will not be allowed into the salon more than 15 minutes prior to the party’s scheduled start time. All party attendees must leave the salon no later than 15 minutes after the party’s scheduled end time. Children must be accompanied at all times and are not to touch or disturb any equipment

Can i bring food + drinks?You may bring food and beverages to serve during the birthday party and store them in our available refrigerator and freezer. All food and drinks must be removed no later than 30 minutes after the party’s scheduled end time

Can I decorate the party area?Parents may bring decorations as they see fit, with the following restrictions: • No decorations may be ‘pinned’ or nailed to any surface. • No flames aside from candles on birthday cakes. • No glitter or confetti Parents are expected to place all trash and debris inside designated receptacles prior to vacating the reserved area. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee

Can i show up earlier or later?IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT YOU SHOW UP AT YOUR SCHEDULED PARTY TIME ON TIME AND REMIND YOUR GUESTS TO DO THE SAME! Parents will have access to the reserved party space 30 minutes prior to the party’s scheduled start time. How soon do i need to reserve a party?We recommend you reserve a party area as soon as you can, a final guest headcount must be provided to The Powder Room within 7 days of the party–that will be the number that determines the final balance owed, regardless of actual attendance.

Can parents drop off kids?No. All children must be accompanied by a parent. Children must be accompanied at all times and are not to touch or disturb any equipment.

What documents do we need?We require the following documents - Filled & Singed Contract. - Waiver for each child and parent attending. - Payment release card on file for final payment.
